We are able to send parcels up to 20kg nationwide by post or courier. We can send chilled items but not frozen, fresh, fragile or bulky items and certain other products that are restricted by the courier. The cost of delivery starts at £3.65, depending on the total parcel weight.

All our orders are packed in reused packaging (except chilled items); we save boxes, paper, bubblewrap, packing chips, and freezer blocks from the parcels we receive and use these for sending out parcels. The only thing we add is sticky tape.

Chilled items

We send chilled items by Royal Mail Tracked 24. To ensure your parcel is delivered promptly so your items arrive in a chilled and safe condition we usually only dispatch parcels Monday to Thursday, so dispatch may be delayed if you order around the weekend. We wrap chilled items in insulating foil bubblewrap and include disposable freezer blocks and these are included when we calculate the final weight of your parcel.
